Meet Mia – Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist AMP

During Covid I reflected on my 20-year career in the corporate world and the fact that large corporations are just a collection of many individuals and that I had been working with individuals on resistance to change and getting to the root cause of problems for many years. Wanting a new challenge but keeping people at the core of what I did, I jumped ship and became a full time student, signing up for a 3 year diploma course with award winning College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) who provided practice-orientated training which included 210 hours of clinical practise and the requisite theoretical training.   Initially, in clinic, I was amazed how simple changes to diet and lifestyle can really help people, not only with their health concerns, but can enhance confidence and a more positive outlook on life.  Now I fully understand the power of naturopathic nutrition.

I am very excited to be now setting up my own practise following CNM’s naturopathic approach to wellness looking at the whole person rather than the symptoms. Also empowering clients to take control of their own health, and through educating them to prove what is really possible in many cases through simple changes to diet and lifestyle. I am expecting clients to come not only when they have existing health complaints but those who wish to prevent illness and to enhance their vitality.

I offer 1:1 personalised nutrition and lifestyle programmes and group coaching programmes for specific health conditions. Both online and face-to-face appointments are available. Face-to-face appointments are available at our beautiful 18th Century Rectory just outside Norwich, Norfolk we also run nutritional retreats from there.

“I saw Mia and she recommended a change to my diet.  I haven’t looked back.  I really needed to refocus on what I ate and she helped me do just that.  I haven’t felt this good in years.”
