What is nutritional therapy?

Naturopathic nutritional therapy looks at any underlying factors such as nutrient deficiencies as well as psychological, emotional and lifestyle stressors that may be contributing to your symptoms. Then provides a holistic approach to help address these imbalances, support health conditions as well and optimising overall health and wellbeing.

Diet will be the primary driver for change, food does much more than simply supply our bodies with energy. It can prevent health conditions as it is essential for cell growth, repair and maintenance throughout the body. I also suggest lifestyle changes to enhance wellbeing and in certain cases a supplementation programme as well.
